Vertex HOA is a contract management platform designed for homeowners associations (HOAs) and property management companies. The Service allows you to upload, organize, and track vendor contracts, insurance certificates, renewal deadlines, and budgets.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your account credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Ensuring that all information you provide is accurate and current
• Managing access permissions for team members you invite

4. Your Data

You retain ownership of all data and documents you upload to Vertex HOA. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your content. You grant us a limited license to process your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

5. AI-Processed Information

The Service uses artificial intelligence to extract information from uploaded documents. While we strive for accuracy, AI-extracted data should be reviewed and verified by you. Vertex HOA is not a substitute for professional legal or financial advice. Always verify critical contract terms, dates, and amounts against your original documents.

6. Subscription and Payment

Certain features of the Service require a paid subscription. Prices are listed on our pricing page. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice. You may cancel your subscription at any time.

7. Limitation of Liability

Vertex HOA is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any missed deadlines, expired insurance, or other consequences arising from reliance on the Service. You are responsible for independently verifying all contract terms and deadlines.

8. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time. Upon termination, we will delete your data within 30 days, unless retention is required by law. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms.
