Can I switch plans later?
Yes. Upgrade anytime and we'll prorate the difference. Downgrade at the end of your billing cycle.
What happens if I exceed my contract limit?
We'll let you know when you're approaching your limit. You can upgrade to Professional for unlimited contracts, or archive old contracts to stay within your plan.
Is there a setup fee?
No setup fees. For management companies, we offer optional onboarding assistance to bulk-upload existing contracts.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards. For annual Business and Enterprise plans, we also offer ACH and invoicing.
Can I cancel anytime?
Monthly plans can be canceled anytime. Annual plans are non-refundable but you'll retain access through the end of your term.
Is my data secure?
Yes. We use bank-level encryption (AES-256) for data at rest and TLS 1.3 for data in transit. Your contracts are stored securely and never shared.
